Phase 2 & 3

Well, I started on phase 2 and 3. Phase 2 consisted of the digital gauges, handlebars and risers, well I ordered them already. Phase 3 consisted of the front sprocket on the engine including the new side panel wiring. So for phase 2, I only got 3/4 the parts, the main gauge I will have to get later. So, when all comes in, I will mount as I go along. I got all the wiring figured out in the back, the tal light they had the wrong wires setup but I did manage to redo the rear fender wiring. Then had a problem with the flasher unit, and found out that I had to unhook one and will use the second for emergency lights only on the own wiring or harness. The signal lights now work properly along with braking light. The front signal lights were changed with indicators directly on the signal lights to indicate proper turning direction.

New front sprocket should increase overall speed by 10 to 15 kms per hour. As it doesn’t  seem like much, the rpm’s decrease and speed increase slightly, causing less stress on the engine.

Added a few new Triumph patches to show my love for the British motorcycle. Which I will wear once sewn on my vest. Phase 1 is done, for now.
